You agree that by using this service, you will not excessivly use the resources on this server such as but not limited to processing power, memory or bandwidth. Examples of unacceptable usage includes hotlinking to a proxified site, repeatedly refreshing a site either manually or via automated means, using this service to crawl a site or any other activity that may cause excessive resource usage. Users or groups who violate these terms and conditions may be blocked from this service.

Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless www.proxym8.net against liabilities arising out of: (1) any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with www.proxym8.net' server; (2) any material supplied by customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party; (3) copyright infringement and (4) any defective products sold to customer from www.proxym8.net' servers. www.proxym8.net shall be the sole judge of what violates this Policy.

Privacy:
Your privacy is important to us, however we do collect usage data for the purpose of statistics and do retain logs for legal purposes. We will never disclose or sell any data collected to a 3rd party unless required by law.
